The Recruitment Coordinator role combines client/candidate service delivery, recruitment, coordination and scheduling workflow as part of the recruitment resourcing team. This is a key role ensuring business outcomes are met within strict deadlines.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Role overview
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective workflow management including filling job order requests, consistent service delivery to clients and candidates, and full process compliance. You will have proven experience in a coordinating/scheduling role, working in a fast-paced environment. A strong communicative and collaborative mindset is essential along with a solution driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and responsive service

- Client and candidate management
- Immigration resourcing
- Migrant worker pastoral care
- Tech champion for CRM system
- Administer pre-employment drug screening (training provided)
- Shared on-call roster to manage after-hours client calls.
