Our client is a busy production site located in Timaru and they have a short-term need for an admin guru to join their shipping/logistics team.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START.

Key duties will include:

• Completion of e-certs  
• Ordering containers for loading and transport to the port  
• Booking rail for containers to the port

To really hit the ground running in this role, you will have prior knowledge and experience of the e-cert process, great attention to detail, and some experience in shipping/logistics.

You will be confident to come into a new environment, get a handover, and then get into the work!
