Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook daily meals for our boarders, focusing on variety and nutrition.
  • Plan menus and accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, following health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with staff to create a warm and welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cooking, preferably in a boarding house, restaurant, or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative flair and a passion for culinary arts.
